Who uses the mailing address service?

A mailing address is used primarily by start-up and small business owners who want to portray a more professional image by using our city centre offices. By using our address it also allows you and keep your home address private. We also find it is popular with individuals who may need an alternative address other than using there home.

Will I be given a PO Box address?

Your mail will be sent to our office in the city centre. All of our customer’s mail is handled confidentially under lock and key in individual folders.

What happens when you receive my mail?

As soon as we have received your mail we will email you to let you know. If stated on the envelope we will let you know who your mail is from.

1) Your mail can be collected from our office – free

2) Mail can be scanned and emailed to you. This cost for choosing this option is 50p for the first page then 5p per page thereafter.

3) We can post your mail to you cost of postage + 50p

Will I be tied into a long-term contract?

You can cancel your service at any time. Having listened to our customers experience we understand that long-term contracts are not always advantageous.

If you choose to join us annually or our 6-month option then you will also receive our mailing address service at a discount

When and how do you send out mail?

Your mail will usually be sent 1st class through Royal Mail. Although whichever way you would like to receive your mail we can accommodate. If you would like us to post your mail we can do so daily, weekly, every two weeks or on a monthly basis.

Can I register the address with HMRC and Companies House?

Yes and at no extra cost.

What are your opening hours?

Your mail can be collected Monday-Friday between 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday not including bank holidays.

What Identification do you require when I sign up?

Please provide us with a copy of photo ID such as a driving license or passport.

You can send us this by taking a picture on your phone and sending it through to us or by coming into our office and we can make a copy or take a photo of it and send it across.

Can I send someone in to collect the mail on my behalf?

Yes, although we would prefer that you let us know prior to sending someone else to collect your mail for security reasons.

I would like to receive mail for more than one company?

Yes you can receive mail for two different company names; any further company names are charged at £5 per month, per name.

When am I invoiced and how do I arrange payment?

Your first payment is taken right away any future payments are taken on a monthly basis in advance.

Depending on the service you have signed up for will determine when you receive your invoice, these can be raised per month, every 6 months or annually.

When signing up we will ask that you provide us with your credit or debit card details which will be safely stored allowing for us to take any future payments.
